“Embracing Change. Always a fundamental issue in organizations.”

The subject of change is always a fundamental issue in organizations. Complex, multifaceted, but with a more substantial and deeper challenge being the way in which each organization can and will eventually incorporate any change.

The Embracing Change Workshop is a workshop that focuses on clarifying what is changing organizations and people, what are the weak points of the process, and finally what strategies and tools both organizations and individuals can use in order for the change to take place efficiently. Inspired and filled with case studies and states’ examples, the workshop enables participants in a step by step approach to actually embrace and implement change within their organization.

Of course, given that each organization or group of people has its own unique features and needs, the workshop is always tailored to the needs and directions required by the organization.

To whom it is addressed:

Any professional who currently is or soon will be dealing with significant organization change.

Methodology:

The participants will tackle important issues in order to understand why we fail and why we succeed when trying to change. The training is 100% interactive. It is a highly intensive course, with a plethora of practical exercises in order for the participants to try new techniques, experiment themselves and evaluate new tools and methods that they can adopt immediately in their everyday work.

It is strongly encouraged for participants to bring their own case study to this workshop.
